Position Overview:

‍We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and UI elements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions within tight deadlines. (It's okay if you don't want to interact with clients too :) )
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for our design projects.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new design techniques and trends to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive attitude towards challenges and a willingness to take on new projects.

‍We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer + Video Editor to join The House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality motion graphics and video content that aligns with our brand's vision and meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating motion graphics and video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional videos that tell compelling stories and engage viewers.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design and video editing to continually enhance our content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and video production processes.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications
• Develop and implement design systems using Figma
• Conduct user research to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively
• Convert Figma designs into Webflow websites
• Create and Publish component libraries

Qualifications:

• Exceptional experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
